Board Decision
The Board of Directors of CreateTO:
1. Approved a market offering process for 72 Amroth Avenue following approval of a business case from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO.
2. Directed the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, in consultation with the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, the local Councillor, and local businesses, to establish an advisory group in the first quarter of 2024 to advise on the Beaches-East York Pilot Project at 72 Amroth Avenue, and help inform lessons learnt in developing missing middle of a similar scale on other appropriate sites.
