The Board of Directors of CreateTO received the item for information.
Summary
In accordance with Board of Directors of CreateTO Procedure By-law, the Board determines the place in Toronto, day and hour of its regular meetings and the schedule of those meetings shall be publicly available by the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year.
City Council on November 23 and 24, 2022 approved the 2023 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for CreateTO has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid meetings on days of cultural or religious significance.
The following meetings of the Board of Directors of CreateTO have been scheduled for 2023:
Monday, February 6, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.
Monday, March 27, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.
Monday, April 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, November 14, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.
