The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority received the item for information.

Summary

In accordance with the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors By-law 1-2021, the Board determines the place in Toronto, day, and hour of its regular meetings and the schedule of those meetings shall be publicly available by the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year.

City Council on November 23 and 24, 2022 approved the 2023 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The 2023 schedule of meetings for the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors and the Toronto Parking Authority Audit and Risk Management Committee has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid meetings on days of cultural or religious significance.

The following meetings of the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors have been scheduled to be held virtually for 2023:

Friday, March 3 at 9:30 a.m.

Friday, April 21 at 9:30 a.m.

Thursday, May 25 at 9:30 a.m.

Tuesday, July 18 at 9:30 a.m.

Friday, October 6 at 9:30 a.m.

Thursday, November 23 at 9:30 a.m.

The following meetings of the Toronto Parking Authority Audit and Risk Management Committee have been scheduled to be held virtually for 2023:

Tuesday, March 28 at 2:30 p.m.

Friday, May 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Friday, September 8 at 2:00 p.m.

Thursday, November 2 at 2:00 p.m.
