1. Re-opened Item NY3.25, titled 'Request for Fence Exemption -139 Duncairn Road, amended by North York Community Council on February 22, 2023.
2. Directed that Item NY3.25 be considered at the next North York Community Council meeting on January 25, 2024, and that Notice be issued in accordance with Municipal Code Chapter 447, Fences.
