North York Community Council:
1. Authorized an all-way stop control at the intersection of Hillmount Avenue and Shermount Avenue.

Summary
On June 1, 2023 Transportation Services advised that the installation of all-way stop control is warranted at the intersection of Hillmount Avenue and Shermount Avenue, based on the study results summarized in the table below. Staff advised that a report recommending installation could be submitted to the September 7, 2023 meeting of North York Community Council.

In order for the all-way stop control to be technically warranted, either Warrant A must be met or Warrant B1 or B2 combined with Warrant B3 must be met. Based on the results shown in the above table, all-way stop control is justified at the intersection of Hillmount Avenue and Shermount Avenue.
Therefore, in order to expedite the installation of the stop signs, I am requesting that all-way stop control be authorized at the intersection of Hillmount Avenue and Shermount Avenue.
