North York Community Council:

1. Prohibited stopping at all times on the north side of Adra Grado Way, between Leslie Street and a point 30 metres west.

2. Prohibited parking at all times on the north side of Adra Grado Way, between a point 30 metres west of Leslie Street and Okra Tomar Crescent (west leg).

3. Prohibited parking at all times on the south side of Adra Grado Way, between Leslie Street and a point 83 metres west.

4. Authorized compulsory stop control at the intersection of Adra Grado Way and Leslie Street for eastbound traffic.

5. Authorized compulsory stop control at the intersection of Okra Tomar Crescent (east leg) and Adra Grado Way for southbound traffic.

6. Prohibited parking at all times on the south side of Okra Tomar Crescent, between Okra Tomar Crescent (west leg) and Okra Tomar Crescent (east leg).

7. Prohibited parking at all times on both sides of Okra Tomar Crescent (east leg), between Adra Grado Way and Okra Tomar Crescent.

8. Prohibited parking at all times on the east side of Okra Tomar Crescent (west leg), between Adra Grado Way and Okra Tomar Crescent.

This staff report is about a matter for which Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City policy or by-laws.

Transportation Services is requesting North York Community Council to approve stop control and parking regulations on the dedicated but unassumed streets Adra Grado Way and Okra Tomar Crescent. These streets were opened to traffic in 2021 and the builder installed stop signs and parking prohibition signs based on the signage and pavement marking plan approved during site plan review. These signs do not have supporting by-laws.

The proposed stop control and parking regulations will promote safe and efficient traffic operation on Adra Grado Way and Okra Tomar Crescent.
