1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal for a term of office beginning January 1, 2024 and ending on November 14, 2026, and until successors are appointed:

Matthew Brown
Matt is a lawyer practicing municipal law in Toronto. His practice focuses on the defence of public authorities. He also has significant experience with regulatory matters and complex by-law prosecutions especially the municipal regulatory response to the sharing economy. Prior to practicing municipal law, Matt defended lawyers as preferred counsel for the Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company.
Nigel Waterman
Nigel Waterman is an adjudicator with over 25 years experience. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and completed the Certificate in Adjudication for Administrative Agencies, Boards and Tribunals.
