That Councillor Dianne Saxe be permitted to add to the agenda of today's meeting an urgent Motion without Notice concerning:

Reopening and Amending MM7.39 - Authorization to Release Section 37 Funds from the Development at 316 Bloor Street West - by Councillor Dianne Saxe, seconded by Councillor Chris Moise

Reason for Urgency:

This motion is urgent because the reference to the residents’ association is not correct and is strongly objected to by members of the association. They have asked me to correct it as soon as possible.
