City Council Decision
City Council on June 14 and 15, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council direct the General Manager, Transportation Services, in consultation with relevant staff from Economic Development and Culture, Municipal Licensing and Standards, and Toronto Fire Services, to report to the June 22, 2023 meeting of the Toronto and East York Community Council with a resolved plan to safely permit a CaféTO Patio for the business located at 17 St Nicholas Street.
