City Council on June 14 and 15, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the Executive Director, Municipal Licensing and Standards or the General Manager, Transportation Services to exempt curb lane café permit area on the flankage of 1122 Queen Street West, Hello 123, from the requirements of Section 742-10.2A(2) of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 742, Sidewalk Cafés, Parklets and Marketing Displays.
