1. City Council request the Government of Canada to issue Clean Electricity Regulations that prohibit increasing the gas-fired generating capacity at the Portlands Energy Centre, effective immediately.

Councillor Robinson, rising on a Point of Order, stated that on Item MM7.27 she voted in favour, but it showed up that she voted against, and she would like it corrected.

Speaker Nunziata accepted the Point of Order and ruled that Council could reopen Item MM7.25 and take a revote, and both first and second recorded votes will be included in the minutes.
