Point of Order by Councillor Gord Perks

Councillor Perks, rising on a Point of Order, stated that he would like a ruling as to whether or not Item MM7.17 was in order. Councillor Perks further stated that he believed it might be redundant as there are motions on the floor currently, dealing with exactly the same issue.

Ruling by Councillor Frances Nunziata
Speaker Nunziata accepted the Point of Order and ruled that Council would hold the item down to have an opportunity to review it.

Ruling by Councillor Frances Nunziata
After consulting the City Clerk, Speaker Nunziata ruled that Item MM7.17 is in order because one matter (Item EC4.6) pertains to temporary signs and the other matter (Item MM7.17) pertains to flyers which are different matters.
