City Council on May 10, 11 and 12, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council direct the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning to report on the evaluation of the Unilever Soap Factory at 21 Don Roadway under Ontario Regulation 9/06, the criteria prescribed for municipal designation under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, to the September 12, 2023 meeting of the Toronto Preservation Board and the October 11, 12 and 13, 2023 meeting of City Council.
