1. City Council direct the Executive Director, Social Development, Finance and Administration to explore funding opportunities to support the creation of The Rhema Foundation Canada's Mobile Community Learning Kitchen and report on these opportunities to the Economic and Community Development Committee by the second quarter of 2023.
