City Council Decision
City Council on December 14 and 15, 2022, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the Deputy City Manager, Infrastructure and Development Services, and the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, to report to the January 31, 2023 meeting of the Executive Committee on the Metrolinx Noise Wall Design Competition, including consideration of whether the competition met City standards for consultation, procurement, and whether the selected design meets the City's Urban Design and Public Realm standards.
