City Council Decision
City Council on December 13, 14 and 15, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council direct the Executive Director, Corporate Real Estate Management to report back to Economic and Community Development Committee by the second quarter of 2024 on options for alternative suitable sites for Applegrove Community Complex, consistent with Items 2020.EC16.2 and 2020.TE16.5, including acquisition costs and approximate capital costs to ensure the site can accommodate programmatic needs.
