City Council Decision
City Council on December 13, 14 and 15, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the General Manager, Transportation Services and the Executive Director, Transit Expansion to investigate opportunities to reduce the setbacks between Eglinton Avenue West and the Eglinton Crosstown West elevated guideway, resulting in shifting the guideway to the south, and reducing the impact to Fergy Brown Park and Pearen Park and the existing road allowance along Eglinton Avenue West, and report to the Infrastructure and Environment Committee meeting on February 27, 2024.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM13.3 be referred to the Infrastructure and Environment Committee. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
