City Council Decision

City Council on December 13, 14 and 15, 2023, adopted the following:

1. City Council recognize the former Borough of East York as an important founding member of the new City of Toronto.

2. City Council request the City Clerk to support the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of East York, in particular at the annual Agnes Macphail awards and at East York Canada Day.
