City Council Decision
City Council on December 13, 14 and 15, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend Section C, Governance for the Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee in the Terms of Reference in Attachment 6 to the report (January 17, 2023) from the City Manager to include:
a. under Section C.3. to replace "up to" with "at least" and to insert "with additional" before "at the call of the Chair" so that Section C.3. now reads as follows:
The Advisory Committee will hold at least two meetings per year, with additional at the call of the Chair or Vice-Chair on delegation of the Chair.
