After Councillor Perks moved to receive Item IA13.1, Councillor Holyday, rising on a Point of Order, stated that his name was on the list and he would like to refer the item.
Councillor Perks, rising on a Point of Order, stated that he wished to know if it was not correct that he can also move that Council receive the item in the event that Councillor Holyday’s motion fails. Councillor Perks further stated that he would like to move receipt of the Item.
