In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appointed the following nominee to the Long Branch Business Improvement Area Board of Management set out below at the pleasure of Etobicoke York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:

Etobicoke York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas that fall within its geographic boundaries.
The purpose of this report is to appoint a director to the Long Branch Businesses Improvement Area Board of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
