Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of a compulsory stop control for northbound traffic on Hickory Tree Road at Wilby Crescent.
2. Authorized the installation of 30 km/h speed limit on Hickory Tree Road, between Wilby Crescent and the southerly limit of Wilby Crescent.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is requesting approval to install stop control for northbound traffic at the intersection of Hickory Tree Road and Wilby Crescent. Based on the Zoning By-law Amendment Application for the redevelopment of a site at 10 Wilby Crescent to a 22-storey, 233 unit apartment building, an assessment was undertaken and it was determined that the installation of stop control for northbound traffic is recommended in association with the development of a new roadway. The stop control will control right-of-way movement and enhance safety for all road users.
