Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Authorized parking by permit only on a street name basis, from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even side of Hertford Avenue, Bicknell Avenue and the western end of Hertford Avenue.

Transportation Services is recommending that overnight on-street permit parking be introduced on Hertford Avenue, between Bicknell Avenue and the western end of Hertford Avenue from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., on a street name basis.
Residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Hertford Avenue to accommodate their long-term parking needs.
