Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Prohibited heavy trucks at all times on Thomas Fisher Drive, between Norseman Street and Edward Horton Crescent (southeast intersection).
2. Prohibited heavy trucks at all times on Edward Horton Crescent, between Thomas Fisher Drive (northwest intersection) and Thomas Fisher (southeast intersection).
3. Prohibited heavy trucks at all times on Augustus Terrace, between Edward Horton Crescent and Thomas Fisher Drive.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is requesting approval to implement heavy truck prohibitions, to be in effect at all times, on Thomas Fisher Drive, between Norseman Street and Edward Horton Crescent (south intersection), all of Edward Horton Crescent and all of Augustus Terrace. The introduction of these regulations is intended to reduce heavy truck traffic infiltrating the residential neighbourhood bounded by Norseman Street to the north and Islington Avenue to the east.
