Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Rescinded the parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Dora Spencer Road, between a point 56 metres east of Charlton Settlement Avenue and a point 49 metres further east.
2. Prohibited stopping at all times on the north side of Dora Spencer Road, between a point 56 metres east of Charlton Settlement Avenue and a point 49 metres further east.
3. Amended the existing permit parking regulation in effect, from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 a.m. at all times, except no parking from a point 56 metres east of Charlton Settlement Avenue and a point 49 metres further east on the even (north) side of Dora Spencer Road, from Weston Road to Charlton Settlement Avenue to be in effect at all times, except no stopping from a point 56 metres east of Charlton Settlement Avenue and a point 49 metres further east.

Summary
I am requesting your support to amend the parking regulation along Dora Spencer Road. Dora Spencer Road is a local road between Charlton Settlement Avenue and Weston Road. Our Lady of Victory Place- Retirement home located 200 Dora Spencer Rd is the only dwelling. They have contacted my office requesting this parking amendment that will not allow any vehicles to stop and block entrance and exit driveway as numerous parking enforcement detail have not been able to stop illegal parking and blocking of their driveway.
