City Council Decision
City Council on December 14 and 15, 2022, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the Director, Strategic Partnerships to accept an in-kind donation from Spin Master LTD., valued at $61,000 for the City of Toronto.
2. City Council authorize the Director, Strategic Partnerships, or designate, to negotiate and sign on behalf of the City a donor agreement with the Spin Master LTD., on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Director, Strategic Partnerships and in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
3. City Council authorize the Director, Strategic Partnerships, or designate, to allocate and disburse the donated items to the City's Investing in Families program, youth hosted events, as well as newcomer serving agencies.

Committee Recommendations
The Executive Committee recommends that:
1. City Council authorize the Director, Strategic Partnerships to accept an in-kind donation from Spin Master LTD., valued at $61,000 for the City of Toronto.
