The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place:

1. Approved a multi-year license agreement with the Association Show Client for Beanfield Centre, as set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 20, 2023) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place, for a 2-year term commencing in 2025 and expiring in 2026 on the terms and conditions of the standard Licence Agreement, and such other terms and conditions satisfactory to the Chief Executive Officer and the City Solicitor.

2. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1, to the report (November 20, 2023) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place remain confidential as it contains financial information, supplied in confidence to the Board, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to financial information, supplied in confidence to the Board, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position, or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

This report recommends a multi-year agreement between an existing Association Show Client and Exhibition Place within Beanfield Centre.
