The Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal adopted the following amendment to the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal Rules of Procedure:
1. Amended the definition of "oral hearing" in Rule 1 by deleting the phrase "shall only be held during the period from August 18, 2020 to one year following the later of the termination of the Provincial emergency or the termination of the municipal emergency related to COVID-19 and" so that it reads as follows:
"oral hearing" means a hearing or part of a hearing during which the parties or their representative(s) attend in person or electronically before the Tribunal. Any electronic hearing shall comply with the City of Toronto Act, 2006, Statutory Powers and Procedure Act and electronic hearing requirements and operational guidelines adopted by the Tribunal."
