1. Approved the negotiated terms of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 822 at the St. Lawrence Centre, as set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 16, 2023) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 16, 2023) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
