Board Decision
The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approved the updated Policy #304 Facility Fee Surcharge, as per the changes set out in Attachment 1 to the report (June 5, 2023) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Approved the allocation of $1.00 per ticket from the Facility Fee Surcharge to operations effective immediately on all new contracts for the remaining of fiscal 2023.
