Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 5, 2022) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live and the City Solicitor remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege or which are the subject matter of litigation or contemplated litigation.
