The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Adopted the confidential instructions to staff set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 5, 2022) from President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Authorized the public release of the confidential information in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 5, 2022) from President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live once the contract is executed and at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer.

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the City or local board.
