The Board of Directors of TO Live received the item for information.

Summary

In accordance with Board of Directors of TO Live Procedure By-law, the Board determines the place in Toronto, day and hour of its regular meetings and the schedule of those meetings shall be publicly available by the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year.

City Council on November 23 and 24, 2022 approved the 2023 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for TO Live has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid meetings on days of cultural or religious significance.

The following meetings of the Board of Directors of TO Live have been scheduled for 2023:

Wednesday, February 15 at 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, April 19 at 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, May 17 at 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, June 28 at 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 20 at 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday, December 12 at 12:30 p.m.
