1. Elected Lucina Rakotovao as Vice-Chair of the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee for a term of office starting on October 25, 2023 and ending November 14, 2026, and until a successor is appointed.

Summary
In accordance with Section B.4. of the Terms of Reference of the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Advisory Committee, the Committee will elect a member of the public as Vice-Chair.
