City Council Decision
City Council on March 29, 30 and 31, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council state its intention to designate the property at 374 Yonge Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act in accordance with the Statement of Significance: 374 and 374 A Yonge Street (Reasons for Designation) in Attachment 3 to the report (March 13, 2023) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning.
2. City Council state its intention to designate the property at 374 A Yonge Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act in accordance with the Statement of Significance: 374 and 374 A Yonge Street (Reasons for Designation) in Attachment 3 to the report (March 13, 2023) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning.
3. City Council state its intention to designate the property at 376 Yonge Street (including the entrance address at 376 A Yonge Street) under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act in accordance with the Statement of Significance; 376 Yonge Street (Reasons for Designation) in Attachment 4 to the report (March 13, 2023) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning.
4. If there are no objections to the designation, City Council authorize the City Solicitor to introduce the Bill in Council designating the property under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
