City Council Decision
City Council on March 29, 30 and 31, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council enact a by-law designating the property at 1117 Queen Street West under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act substantially in accordance with the Revised Statement of Significance: 1117 Queen Street West (Reasons for Designation) in Attachment 3 to the report (March 20, 2023) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning in consideration of the objections received by the City Clerk.
2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to introduce the Bill in City Council designating the property at 1117 Queen Street West under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
