Councillor Fletcher, rising on a Point of Order, stated that she had held item CC5.1, which simply declares the Office of Mayor vacant, in error and that if the Speaker indulged her, she would release that so the Clerk has the time that he and the Deputy Clerk of Elections need to prepare everything for the by-election.
