City Council Decision

City Council on December 14 and 15, 2022, adopted the following:

 

1. City Council affirm its decision to state its intention to designate the property at 18 Portland Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act as set out in City Council's decision on Item CC50.10 at its meeting on September 28, 2022.

 

2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to introduce the necessary Bills in City Council designating the property at 18 Portland Street under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
