December 14, 2023 - Speaker Nunziata, during the evening session of the meeting, advised Members of Council of the following:

Members, earlier in the meeting I removed Councillor Perruzza from the balance of today’s session as permitted by the Council procedures.

The Clerk has advised me that after Councillor Perruzza left the meeting, the Clerk received votes remotely from the Member on two votes related to Item NY9.4 - 55 Yeomans Road - Inclusion on the Heritage Register, and they were inadvertently reported in the results of those votes.

After consultation with me, the Clerk will delete those votes from the record as the votes were counted in error.

The deletion of those votes does not change the results of those votes.

I am making this announcement for the record, and it will be recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
