For the provision of professional consulting services to develop a ten (10) year Circular Economy Road Map Strategy and Implementation Plan to accelerate Toronto's circular economy transition by identifying new actions to enable the City's desired sustainable consumption and circular outcomes. The term of the Contact is to be for a period of two (2) years from the date of award, with an option in favour of the City to extend the

Contract on the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional extension term

of up to no more than a one (1) year period.
