Description:

For non-exclusive supply, delivery and warranty of Aluminum Sign Blanks for the City of Toronto for a period of two (2) years, starting from the date of award to December 31, 2024, with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year period at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

Should the option be exercised, then the General Manager of the Transportation Services Division will request the Acting Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
