Description:

The Non-Exclusive Supply and Delivery of Sodium Bisulphite for Toronto Water from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, with options to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods, all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in the Request for Quotation, at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval(s).

Should the option(s) be exercised, the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Acting Chief Procurement Officer of Purchasing and Materials Management to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
