For the non-exclusive supply of all labour, equipment, materials, services, apparatus, transportation, lay days, permits, and incidentals required for the dry-docking ship repair services, and/or onsite ship repair services for the City of Toronto's Ferryboats and Fire Boats from date of award for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional four (4) separate one (1) year periods.
