For the provision of Physiotherapy Services for Seniors Services and Long-Term Care Division.

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year starting from the date of award to October 31, 2024, with an option to renew the contract for up to an additional four (4) separate one (1) option year periods.   

Note: Should the option(s) be exercised, then the Client Division Head (General Manager of Seniors Services & Long-Term Care Division) will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
