Multi-use Roster List for the Provision of Materials Testing and Quality Assurance Services on Construction Projects delivered by the City of Toronto's Engineering and Construction Services Division for a period of one (1) year from date of award, with option in favour of the City to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval.

Should the option periods be exercised, then the Chief Engineer and Executive Director of engineering and Construction Services will request the Acting Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
