For the provision of Professional Consulting Services in Support of the City's Biosolids Beneficial Use Program for the City of Toronto's Toronto Water Division from the date of award until December 31, 2023 with the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager, Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
