Description:

For the supply and delivery of four (4) Cab-Over truck and chassis, 19,500 lbs (8,845 kg) Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, diesel-fueled, dual rear wheels complete with 2-Ton Hot Asphalt Carrier, with option to purchase an additional five (5) units in 2024-2025, pending budget availability. 

Upon Award of this Request for Quotation, the Supplier and the City will have a Contract from the date of award to September 30, 2025 for a fixed term of two (2) years, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation and any applicable City policy.
