Description:

For ForgeRock Identity Cloud licenses subscription and professional services for the City of Toronto’s Office of the Chief Information Security Officer for a period of three (3) years from the date of Award with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods.

Note: Should the option(s) be exercised, then the Chief Information Security Officer will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
