Description:

For the non-exclusive supply, delivery, installation, warranty of all materials, equipment, engineering and supervisor to perform inspection, examination, testing, maintenance and repairs, and issue certification for lifting devices, for a period of one (1) year from the date of award, with the option to renew the contracts for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Toronto Water Division, will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

The above cost calculations reflect an estimated annual five (5) percent Consumer Price Index adjustment applied annually to the yearly cost after the initial year.
