For the supply and delivery of all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete construction associated with a new public park and plaza on a waterfront brownfield site, including streetscape improvements in the vicinity of the project site known as Bathurst Quay Waterfront Park and Plaza located at 3 Eireann Quay, on behalf of the Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division of the City of Toronto.
